Change or Cancel Reservation
If you like to make a change to your reservation or cancel your reservation, please contact a place where you have made reservations initially. For example, if you made a reservation through your travel agent, please contact them for making any changes or canceling your reservation. We book reservations directly as well as through various travel partners and it is very important to contact where you booked your reservation originally for making any changes or cancelling it
If you contact us directly for reservation you made through travel agent, we cannot guaranty cancellation. All reservations made through our web site or by calling us can be cancelled by contacting us directly at 701-282-9100, cancellation fees may apply in case of late cancellation
Special Requests
For any special requests you may have such as arriving late or adding rollover, please contact us directly at 701-282-9100. We will be glad to help you in any way we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible
Complaints
All though we certainly do not hope to see this happen but if you encounter any problem during your stay, please bring it to front desk staff attention immediately. Our front desk staff is trained to handle most common issues and will be glad to accommodate your request most of the time. If you are unable to communicate to the present staff, please contact the management by either calling during business hours or by filling-out contact form.
