Change or Cancel Reservation
If you like to make a change to your reservation or cancel your reservation, please contact a place where you have made reservations initially. For example, if you made a reservation through your travel agent, please contact them for making any changes or canceling your reservation. We book reservations directly as well as through various travel partners and it is very important to contact where you booked your reservation initially for making any changes.

If you contact us directly for reservation you made through travel agent, we can not guaranty cancellation. All reservations made through our web site or by calling us can be cancelled by contacting us directly at 701-282-9100, cancellation fees may apply in case of late cancellation.

Special Requests
If you have a special request such as arriving late or adding rollover,  please contact us directly at 701-282-9100. We will be glad to help you in any way we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Complaints
All though we certainly do not hope so, if you encounter any problem during your stay and are unable to communicate to the present staff, here is a direct communication link to the management.
