Red River Lodge & Suites is 100% Smoke Free property and so we do not have any smoking rooms. Any size or type of Pets are not allowed anywhere inside the building.
Do you have Bar/Lounge and Restaurant?
We do have Bar inside the property called “Neo Cocktails” where we serve limited food items such as Pizza, Burgers etc. during bar hours which starts at 5:00pm everyday but we do not have full service restaurant.

How do I cancel my reservation I made it on internet?
You would go to same place to cancel your reservation where you originally made it. For example, if you made reservation via Expedia.com, you would cancel it with them. We offer online reservation via our own web site as well as through various travel industry partners and it is important to go back to same place to cancel your reservation as they may have charged booking fee which can only be refunded if you went back to them. We do not charge any booking fee to make reservation via our own web site but you do need to cancel reservation through our web site if you booked it there originally.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is 24-hours (1-day) prior to day of arrival by 3:00pm for no penalty or there is minimum 1-night charge at rack rate if cancellation is not made before that. We do have different penalty policies with some of our travel industry partners; please check the cancellation policy with them prior to making reservation.
