  1. Is Red River Lodge a Franchise?
    Ans. No, Red River Lodge is an independently owned motel by a North Dakota based company.

  2. Is Red River Lodge full-service motel?
    Ans. Currently Red River Lodge is a limited-service motel.

  3. What are the check-in and check-out timings?
    Ans. Our check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.

  4. How can I cancel my reservation?
    Ans. Please use the same method to cancel your reservation as you used to make reservation. If you made reservation online, please cancel it online. By using different method of cancellation than what you used when making reservation may not cancel your reservation in time and may be subject to late cancellation charges.

  5. What is your Reservation Cancellation policy?
    Ans. All reservations are guaranteed by credit card and must be cancelled 24-hours prior to the day of arrival, no later than 11:00am. You may cancel your reservation up to 6:00pm prior to the day of arrival for a Late Cancellation fee of $25.00 per room. Please notify us if you are planning late arrival.
