Red River Lodge & Suites requires credit card guarantee for all reservation made online or over the phone
Our standard cancellation policy is 24-hours (1-day) prior to day of arrival by 3:00pm for no penalty or there is minimum 1-night charge at rack rate if cancellation is not made within specified time above
Online reservation rates are final and do not qualify for additional discounts
Red River Lodge & Suites is “100% Smoke Free”’ and “Pet Free” facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. Pets are not allowed anywhere inside the building (service animals are an exception)
Cancellation must be made same way reservation is made originally
Check-in time is at 3:00pm central time, reservation is held until midnight or it will convert to “No-show”. Please call the hotel to notify “late check-in” in order to secure reserved room before midnight
You may modify/cancel Reservation by clicking on a "Modify/Cancel Existing Reservation" button below only if you made original reservation using this web site
All cancellations must be made 24-hours prior to arrival date before 3:00pm central time or they will be subject to penalty of minimum 1-night charge
Red River Lodge & Suites cannot guarantee cancellation of an existing reservation by calling us if it was booked using this web site originally
Existing reservation may not be modified for future date within 24-hours of arrival date. If it is modified for future date within 24-hours of arrival date, it will be subject to a penalty of minimum 1-night charge
To modify or cancel existing reservation, please follow the steps below:

Please click on "Modify/Cancel Existing Reservation" button below

Click on a link that says "Find Reservation" on top right corner of the newly opened page

Enter "email address" you used on original reservation and "Confirmation Number" from the reservation

This will show your reservation, please click on "Modify/Cancel" button to modify or cancel your reservation

You will receive Cancellation/Modification confirmation information via email
